As the OSHC Coordinator, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a 60-place service, providing high-quality before and after school care that supports children’s wellbeing, learning, and development. You’ll be supported by a full-time 2IC and a strong leadership team who are passionate about professional growth, compliance, and creating a fun, engaging environment for children and educators alike. Key Perks and Finer Details Salary: Competitive pay based on qualifications and experience Employment Type: Full-time, permanent (Monday to Friday) Hours: Split shift | 6:45am–9:30am & 2:00pm–6:00pm Service Size: 60-place licensed service Location: South Penrith, NSW Supportive management team with genuine opportunities for professional growth Backed by a reputable not-for-profit provider committed to quality care This will be a 12 month maternity leave contract position that is likely to extend full time Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of the OSHC program Oversee and mentor a team of educators, ensuring high-quality service delivery Develop and implement engaging, child-led programs that align with the service philosophy Maintain compliance with NQF, NQS, and organisational policies Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community What You’ll Need Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) Previous experience in a leadership or senior educator role (preferred) Strong understanding of the My Time, Our Place Framework and National Quality Standards Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, and Anaphylaxis training Why Join Our Client?
